HOW DOES LAMPLANET WORK?
Lamplanet is an online and very unique ecommerce store. All products are sold on a limited basis. After you buy one of our custom products, we ship it directly to you on a first come first served basis.
You'll see a stock bar under each product which will reference how much stock is left in real time, don't take it lightly...cause it isn't unusual at all for our Lamplanets to run out. So make sure you grab them while it's there cause as much as we'd love to, we won't be able to do much, other than appreciating you while you wait for the amazing product to be available again.
HOW DO I SET UP MY AMAZING 3D LAMPS?
This is really too easy, but we figured you'd love it, so here it is:
- Take the acrylic plate & soak it in warm water until the protection paper comes off easily.
- Insert the acrylic plate into the base & connect it to the power source.
- Do not touch the acrylic plate surface to avoid fingerprints, which may affect the 3D illusion.
- Turn that baby on!
- Press on & off button to toggle between the different light color options.
I PLACED AN ORDER BUT DIDN'T GET ANY ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
Kindly check your SPAM folder. If it's not there, you might have entered the wrong email or anything weird must have happened...hit us up and we'll fix it in no time.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We take all major credit/debit cards. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Sometimes (when they are not annoying us with limitations) we might enable PayPal.
IS MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION SECURE?
Absolutely. Lamplanet uses SSL, the leading standard for digitally transmitting sensitive data, to encrypt our checkout process. SSL attaches a unique code to your credit card information that prevents third party sites from seeing or accessing it.
DO YOU HAVE A QUALITY/REFUND GUARANTEE?

WHEN WILL YOU FULFIL MY ITEMS?
- Fulfilment is not the same as shipping. Fulfilment refers to the period for processing orders from available stock and/or by manufacturing them depending on the product type as explained in next points.
- All items are subject to the fulfilment process before they are shipped.
- The date and time of fulfilment is clearly defined by the timer shown on the product page.
- The fulfilment period varies depending on the product type.
- 3D lamps have a fulfilment period of 7 business days after the timer is over since we produce them based on its demand and in bulk so we can offer you the most inexpensive price possible.
- All other lamps have a fulfilment period of 1 business day after the timer is over (allow until Monday if timer is over on a weekend).
WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
- All items are shipped right after the fulfilment period is over.
- We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped (email will say: Shipping confirmation for order [number here]).
WHAT ABOUT TRACKING NUMBERS?
- Due to the inconsistent carrier processing times, please allow up to 2 business days after shipment for tracking info to be sent to you and an additional 72 hours for the tracking link to display tracking information.
- If after that time, for some rare reason it was not sent, please let us know and we’ll send it over (email [email protected]).
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS?
- After getting the Shipping Confirmation email, please see table below for exact delivery timeframes.
*In rare occasions these estimates might be a little longer due to shipping carrier delays or customs retention.
Since those situations are out of our control they fall out of our shipping policy. You understand that our policies must be clear cause not every customer is as cool and chill out as you are, right? But be assured that we will always support you ALL THE WAY, no matter what. Just in case you’re wondering if we are some emotionless policy blinded corporation, cause we are not.
WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
- Although our main fulfilment house is located in USA, some of our Lamplanets are located in other countries since our partner manufacturers are all over the world: Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and China among others.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
- For logistical and packaging reasons, each Lamplanet will be sent in its own package and might arrive on different dates, even if purchased under the same order.
WHAT ABOUT REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS?
- Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
- Discount, promo or coupon codes are not applicable to prior, existing or pending orders.
- Please be advised that once your item has been shipped, your order cannot be modified or cancelled.
- You are protected by our “Total Satisfaction and 100% Money Back Guarantee” for a full 60 days period after your purchase (this applies to product quality, shipping delays beyond our policy and anything else we might think is reasonably acceptable to make you very very happy!).
- Errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) and missed parcel deliveries are excluded from the refunds policy, but be assured we’ll find a solution together to make it right for you in case it happens, cause we live hectic lives and nobody is perfect, right?
