WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY WORRY FREE SHIPPING INSURANCE
- Let's be blunt...we can choose our trusted logistics partners (as seen below) but we can't do their business for them.
- We fulfill and ship with very clear timelines as you can read below, but shipping carriers have their flaws too and those we can't control.
- In fact, shipping delays (once already in the carrier's hands), lost packages and damaged items (due to carriers mistreating the packages during shipment) are at the top of our concerns that we don't have any control over and usually these are our customer concerns as well.
- This is why to protect you, we decided to introduce our "WORRY-FREE SHIPPING INSURANCE" to every single item we sell at Lamplanet, at no extra cost to you.
- So you don't have to worry a single bit. If your item gets lost or damaged during shipment we replace it at no charge to you (except if it's a customer error as explained in the refunds policy).

WHEN WILL YOU FULFIL MY ITEMS?
Fulfillment is not the same as shipping. Fulfillment refers to the period for processing and preparing orders from available stock and/or by manufacturing them depending on the product type as explained in next points.
- All items are subject to the fulfillment process before they are shipped.
- The date and time of fulfillment are clearly defined by the timer shown on the product page.
- The fulfillment period varies depending on the product type.
- 3D lamps have a fulfillment period of 7 business days after the timer is over since we produce them based on its demand and in bulk so we can offer you the most inexpensive price possible.
- All other lamps have a fulfillment period of 1 business day after the timer is over (allow until Monday if the timer is over on a weekend).
We will notify by email when your order has entered the fulfillment process (email will say: Your order [number here] has entered fulfillment).
WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
- All items are shipped right after the fulfillment period is over.
- We will notify you by email when your items have shipped and the tracking information is available (email will say: Shipping update for order [number here]).
WHAT ABOUT TRACKING NUMBERS?
- Due to the inconsistent carrier processing times, please allow up to 2 business days after shipment for tracking info to be sent to you and an additional 72 hours for the tracking link to display tracking information.
- If after that time, for some rare reason it was not sent, please let us know and we’ll send it over (email [email protected]).
- We will notify you by email when the tracking information is available (email will say: Shipping update for order [number here]).
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS?
- After getting the Shipping Confirmation email, please see table below for exact delivery timeframes.
*In rare occasions these estimates might be a little longer due to shipping carrier delays or customs retention.
Since those situations are out of our control they fall out of our shipping policy. You understand that our policies must be clear cause not every customer is as cool and chill out as you are, right? But be assured that we will always support you ALL THE WAY, no matter what. Just in case you’re wondering if we are some emotionless policy blinded corporation, cause we are not.
WHAT TO EXPECT
All items are shipped using USPS and DHL.
Expect to receive the Fulfilment confirmation email once your order enters fulfillment. Followed by the Shipping Confirmation email after the fulfillment period is over.
Then expect to receive another shipping update with tracking information after max. 2 business days of shipment.
If after that time, for some rare reason it was not sent, please let us know per our support desk.
Then expect to receive your item within the shipping policy timeframes given above.
During the entire fulfillment and shipping process, you're protected by our "Worry Free Shipping Insurance" (= if it breaks during shipment or gets lost, we replace it at no charge for you).

We've decided to assume all of our manufacturing, stocking, human resources, insurance and many other costs involved in shipping and handling, to make it super simple for you.
*However, in rare occasions, special promotions and free giveaways might include some shipping fees so we can cover a little of the overhead that these free promotions incur. This helps us keep doing these giveaways that you love so much.
